Do you deliver across Australia?
Yes! We deliver to all standard postal addresses in Australia via Australia Post. Please note: we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Can I collect my order in person?
Absolutely! You can pick up your order directly from our home bakery. Just select the pick-up option at checkout, and we’ll be in touch with all the details.

When do you dispatch orders?
Orders must be placed before Tuesday 6:30PM to be baked and shipped the same week. Orders placed after this time will be baked fresh and shipped the following week. This ensures our cookies don't sit in a warehouse for too long over weekends.

How long will it take for my cookies to arrive?

• Express delivery: 1–2 business days (Victoria) or 1-3 business days (Interstate)

Regional or rural orders may take a little longer. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking code. Delivery times can also be affected by holiday periods.

How much does shipping cost?
Express Delivery (1 to 3 business days)
Up to 6 cookies -> $15.00
Up to 20 cookies -> $20.00
21+ cookies -> FREE!

How should I store my cookies?
Each cookie is individually heat-sealed to preserve freshness. They’ll last up to 2 weeks at room temperature and up to 6 months in the freezer.
To enjoy at peak gooeyness, heat in the microwave for 15–20 seconds or in a 170°C oven for 3–5 minutes.

Do you offer returns or refunds?
Because our cookies are handmade and perishable, we are unable to accept returns or refunds once they leave the bakery.

Can I place a bulk or special order?
Yes! For parties, events, or bulk orders, contact us via the Contact Form at least 14 days before your event. Include your preferred date, quantities, and flavours, we’d love to help make your occasion extra sweet!
